On the business front, leaders from various business units acted as "navigators," systematically outlining the company's core product lines and cutting-edge technology roadmaps, demonstrating the full breadth and depth of Semight's technical capabilities. Meanwhile, detailed presentations from functional departments provided new hires with a clear guide to navigating our corporate operational systems.
If the classroom is where knowledge is forged, team-building is where synergy is cultivated. The boot camp concluded with a series of challenging team exercises. From strategic collaboration in the "Bounty Hunter" challenge and project management in the "F1 Racing Fabrication" activity, to building camaraderie through group cooking tasks, the intensive one-week program helped new employees build trust and forge deep friendships, marking a successful first step into their professional lives.Passing the Torch: Cultivating Talent for a Shared VisionWith the boot camp concluded, the on-the-job training phase has officially begun.
