The S2024H is a compact, cost-effective, high-precision, 24 channel benchtop Source/ Measure Unit (SMU) that can simultaneously stimulus and measure voltage and current, providing maximum ± 4.5V, ± 10 mA (DC/pulse) output, and excellent color LCD graphical user interface (GUI).
