The S2021H is a compact, cost-effective, high-precision, 4-channel benchtop Source/ Measure Unit (SMU) being capable to stimulus and measure voltage and current simultaneously with maximum ±30V, ±500 mA (DC/pulse) output. It provides graphical user interface (GUI) for user operation on the high-end color LCD.
