Semight DCA6201 sampling oscilloscope is based on equivalent-time sampling technology to reconstruct eye diagram, enabling in higher accuracy and better cost effective measurement of high-speed optoelectronic digital signals. DCA6201 released a new upgraded in October this year, enhancing the high performance again. With the new release, the wavelength range is now 800~1650nm, maximum input power increasd to 5mW (+7dBm).  The measurement accuracy improved significantly. And test efficiency increased nearly 32%.


01,High performance ensures test consistency



As a low-noise, high-sensitivity calibrated reference receiver (compliant to industry standard tolerances), DCA6201 has an extremely high dynamic range to test both multimode and single-mode signals at wavelengths from 850mm to 1650nm(DCA6201-B30), delivering the same test results with the most popular sampling oscilloscopes in the industry. The algorithms such as extinction ratio correction factors and dark current self-calibration, ensuring consistent test results according to industry standards.

02,Efficient, convenient, and remotely controllable


DCA6201 sampling oscilloscope support simultaneous measurement on all channels and parallel measurements. With multi-channel option, it supports measurements on all four channels simultaneously, or on each single channel. It’s easy to use with graphical user interface on either multi-channel measurements or single-channel measurements.



Test configuration: PAM4, code length 65535, 1 complete pattern, computer configuration i5 or higher
Multiple DCAs could be controlled by software simultaneously, for example, using 2 four-channel DCAs as 8-channel, making it convenient for customers to test 800G modules.


Automatic test:DCA6201 could get the test results quickly and easily under remote control.The DCA6201 can quickly and conveniently get test results. It’s easy to get various NRZ test results, including template margin with automatic test mode.

No complex settings are required, and it is easy to capture the test results. The high sensitivity ensures for high repeatability. High sampling rate shortens the time of data acquisition and TDECQ analysis. It is helpful to improve the productivity of PAM4 signals testing.
